Agreement
By using trywinegard.com or any services provided by Winegard Company, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site or services.
Who We Are
Winegard Company is headquartered at 3000 Kirkwood Street, Burlington, IA 52601. We provide enterprise Starlink management services including fleet monitoring, billing, account management, and hardware fulfillment.
Services
We provide Starlink management services on a per-account basis. Service details, pricing, and terms are outlined in individual customer agreements. These Terms & Conditions apply to use of this website and general interactions with Winegard.
Accounts and Billing
Customers who engage our management services will receive billing per their individual service agreement. Payment terms (NET 30, 60, or 90) are specified in each agreement. We accept purchase orders, ACH, wire transfers, checks, and credit cards.
Hardware
Starlink hardware ordered through Winegard ships based on availability. We are an authorized Starlink reseller for both residential and commercial products. Hardware warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Winegard does not manufacture Starlink hardware.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when contacting us or creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of any account credentials we provide, including dashboard login information.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Winegard Company or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Winegard provides Starlink management services on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for Starlink service outages, satellite availability, or SpaceX network performance. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our management services in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Service Availability
Starlink service availability depends on SpaceX's satellite network and is outside of Winegard's control. We do not guarantee specific uptime, speeds, or latency for the underlying Starlink connection. Our management platform availability is covered by individual service agreements where applicable.
Termination
Either party may terminate management services per the terms of their individual service agreement. Upon termination, access to the Winegard management dashboard will be revoked. Starlink hardware remains the property of the customer.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active customers. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Des Moines County, Iowa.
